We’re currently seeking two 1st Line IT Support Technicians to provide 1st line support to the Company’s user base.
In this role you will:
- Provide a highly responsive first support function responding to customer problems or requests for assistance
- Own and progress requests raised by users through to resolution
- Liaise with 2nd line support
- Participate in other projects as required
- Liaising with customers and internal users
- Communication of all planned and unplanned service interruptions to the customer
- Other Ad Hoc duties as required
Hours
Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 15:00 & 10:00 - 18:00
Friday 07:00 - 14:00 & 10:00 - 17:00
Saturday 07:00 - 15:00 (every 4 weeks)
