We’re currently seeking two 1st Line IT Support Technicians to provide 1st line support to the Company’s user base.

In this role you will:

  • Provide a highly responsive first support function responding to customer problems or requests for assistance
  • Own and progress requests raised by users through to resolution
  • Liaise with 2nd line support
  • Participate in other projects as required
  • Liaising with customers and internal users
  • Communication of all planned and unplanned service interruptions to the customer
  • Other Ad Hoc duties as required

Hours

Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 15:00 & 10:00 - 18:00

Friday 07:00 - 14:00 & 10:00 - 17:00

Saturday 07:00 - 15:00 (every 4 weeks)
