Call Centre Researcher

We're currently seeking a Call Centre Researcher for our Fulwood Head Office. You will work within a tight-knit team in a target driven environment, you will be providing support to our outbound call centre in a busy, friendly and professional environment.

Key Tasks

  • Outbound calling to identify new customers and clarify information
  • Working to predetermined targets and KPI’s
  • Researching and adding new companies to the database
  • Researching and updating existing customers on the data base
  • Checking incoming leads and making sure they are assigned correctly.
  • Processing lost-customer data
  • Providing support for other call centre staff, checking phone numbers and updating records
  • Archiving and reclassifying records
  • Appointment generation as required.
