Customer Service Executive

To regularly visit and liaise with customers to ensure their satisfaction with all aspects of our service in accordance with our customer commitment and maintain and develop the customer base.

Key Tasks

  • To achieve customer retention and sales targets
  • To liaise closely with the Customer Service Administrators
  • To forward queries and keep managers, supervisors, colleagues informed as necessary
  • To keep accurate records where required
  • To comply with Company Policies and the Terms & Conditions of Employment and follow Company Procedures
  • To keep vehicle and work area clean, tidy, safe and secure at all times
  • To attend training courses as required
  • To foster and maintain good working relations between customer, Company and colleagues
  • To maintain confidentiality of Company and customer business
  • Other Ad hoc duties as required

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will come from a field based customer service or sales background, you will have a talent for making our customers and staff feel important. Well developed organisation skills will also be essential, as will be the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team. A full UK driving licence will be required. .
