Field Sales Executive

This is a Regional Sales role covering Leeds and the surrounding areas, focused on identifying and winning new business. There are huge opportunities for growth in our market and we are already leading the way in our industry. Our Regional Sales teams are at the heart of our growth strategy and the role of a Sales Executive is key to our success.

Supported by an industry leading CRM system and a call centre-based appointment generating team, the role involves identifying leads, canvassing new customers, negotiating deals, handling objections and closing new business.

You will sell into industry sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, food preparation, motor trade, construction, chemical processing and many others.

We believe that supporting and nurturing you through your first six months is critical in helping you to achieve your goals. We will guide you through a full induction program, set realistic interim targets and have regular face to face meetings. You will work as part of a team in a dedicated area with defined, achievable targets.

Person Specification

We’re looking for a hard-working, self-motivated individual who isn’t afraid to try new things and challenge themselves. The ideal candidate will be from a field sales or contract sales background.

Our consultative sales approach supports your strengths and our best people take their prospects on a journey, ultimately leading to the sale.

You will need to have proven sales experience in field sales, preferably in a contractual context and you will need a full UK driving license.
