HR Assistant

We’re currently seeking a HR Assistant to join our friendly team and assist us in providing a first class HR service to Johnsons Workwear.

In this role you will:

  • Assisting with the end to end recruitment and onboarding process  
  • Issuing contracts  
  • Supporting in the administration of employee relations cases  
  • Support the Occupational Health Process  
  • Assist with pension administration  
  • Query resolution  
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and payroll information  
  • Producing monthly HR & recruitment related reports  
  • Engaging with key stakeholders  
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Your profile:

  • Experience in an HR environment would be beneficial  
  • CIPD Level 3 or an HR Qualification is desirable  
  • Good administration skills  
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal  
  • Great organisational skills  
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
