HR Regional Advisor

Our Fulwood Head Office is recruiting for a HR Regional Advisor to provide HR support to line managers across 9 of our Johnsons Workwear sites.

In this busy role you will need to:

Advise line managers on employee related initiatives and issues
Manage the administration of pensions alongside the company pension administrator
Support line managers on site in disciplinary and grievance issues
Work with line managers and General Managers to manage absences alongside the outsourced occupational health provider
Work with the HR Manager on employee engagement initiatives
Any ad hoc tasks as required.

Monday to Friday hours with an early Friday finish
