New Business Co-Ordinator
We’re currently seeking a New Business Co-ordinator to act as one of the first point of contact between customers and the Company. To satisfy queries and requests for advice and information in a timely and effective manner.
In this role you will:
- Process all new and renewal accounts within a specified timescale and ensuring all paperwork submitted is accurate
- Collate and post out welcome packs to new clients
- Liaise with stockroom for lead times on orders
- Keep customers informed of the progress with their orders
- Maintain the tracker
- Ensure installations have been carried out to the customer’s satisfaction
- Complete general office duties including answering incoming calls, filing and post
- Provide cover for Customer Service Administrators during busy periods
- Other Ad hoc duties as required.
