New Business Co-Ordinator

We’re currently seeking a New Business Co-ordinator to act as one of the first point of contact between customers and the Company. To satisfy queries and requests for advice and information in a timely and effective manner.

In this role you will:

  • Process all new and renewal accounts within a specified timescale and ensuring all paperwork submitted is accurate
  • Collate and post out welcome packs to new clients
  • Liaise with stockroom for lead times on orders
  • Keep customers informed of the progress with their orders
  • Maintain the tracker
  • Ensure installations have been carried out to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Complete general office duties including answering incoming calls, filing and post
  • Provide cover for Customer Service Administrators during busy periods
  • Other Ad hoc duties as required.
