New Business Coordinator

As New Business Coordinator you will provide full administrative support to both our sales and customer service teams for new and retained business. From sign up to start of service you will be the point of contact for new and existing customers ensuring a well managed transition of service.

Key Tasks

  • Setting up customer accounts
  • Verifying and processing orders
  • Delivering Service levels with agreed KPIs
  • Maintaining a CRM database
  • Working with our installation team to schedule deliveries
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Communicating any problems or obstacles to management
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Person Specification

This is a varied role so excellent time management and organisation skills are a must. Experience of working in a telephone based Customer Service or Sales environment would be beneficial.
