Payroll Administrator

We’re currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our friendly team and assist us in providing a first class Payroll service to Johnsons Workwear and Johnsons Stalbridge

In this role you will:

·         Process the monthly payroll accurately and on time

·         Cover the payrolls for holidays and sickness

·         Liaise with the payroll processing team for production of payroll output

·         Ensure data is received in the right format and in time to complete the payroll to the agreed deadlines

·         Maintain financial controls, documenting financial procedure

·         Deal with payroll queries in a polite and courteous manner

·         Liaise with ADP and Finance to arrange any advance payments or deductions

·         Ensure all payroll deductions are accurately recorded and paid on time

·         Maintain detailed reconciliation of all payroll accounts

·         Liaise with Group with regard to pension scheme changes

·         Produce necessary statutory information

·         Publish monthly reports

·         Keep up to date on payroll legislation and inform the company of any changes which impact the business

Your profile:

·         Experience in a Payroll environment would be beneficial

·         Experience working on Multiple payrolls

·         Extensive Microsoft skills

·         Good communication skills, both written and verbal

·         Great organisational skills

·         Ability to work independently or as part of a team
