7.5T Service Delivery Driver - Hadleigh
Your role as a 7.5T Service Delivery Driver is to provide a delivery service to your customer base Monday to Friday. We don’t work on Bank Holiday’s or weekends. Early start, early finish. This role also has an option to earn bonuses.
This role will include the delivery and collection of garments, some of which will need to be put into workwear lockers, lifting, and laying of dust control mats and some cage work, totalling 25 – 30 drops per day.
This role is physical and labour intensive. We work closely with each route operative regarding routing and how to deliver the best service. You must be committed to providing the highest level of service to our new and established customers as the timely delivery of our goods plays an important role in the quality service we provide.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle to deliver goods to designated locations
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and report any maintenance issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes, and customer signatures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers
Qualifications:
- Valid U.K driver's license with a clean driving record up to 7.5 tonne
- Current goods vehicle CPC required
- Driver tacho card required
- Minimum 3 years driving preferred

- Previous experience as a multi drop delivery driver
- Ability to lift heavy items and load/unload goods safely
