Sustainability:

The Johnsons Way

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. As part of Johnson Service Group, our approach integrates four key pillars – Our Family, Our World, Our Integrity, and Our Communities – that make up “The Johnsons Way”. It is with these pillars that we can move towards a future built on ethical, environmental and social success.

THE JOHNSONS WAY

1. Our Family

We’re committed to our team.

JSG strives to be the employer of choice by delivering an exceptional experience for all colleagues. We are committed to inclusion, equality, wellbeing, and fostering a positive culture. This includes a strong ED&I programme, continuous learning through the Johnsons Academy, and clear plans to improve culture and behaviours.

2. Our World

Circularity is our model.

Whilst we recognise that our operations impact the environment – especially through water and energy – we aim to embrace a circular business model through textile rental and laundry services. Committed to exceeding compliance, this includes focusing on reducing resource use, eliminating waste, and addressing broader impacts like biodiversity loss and deforestation within the supply chain.

3. Our Integrity

Doing what’s right – from the top down.

JSG values growth and profitability, whilst remaining committed to operating responsibly with strong ethics and governance. Recognising the impact of our wider value chain, we aim to share our values with customers and suppliers. This includes upholding the highest ethical standards, enhancing supplier and customer frameworks, and embedding processes to ensure full compliance.

4. Our Communities

Making a local difference.

Community investment and philanthropy are core to our culture. JSG is committed to making a meaningful impact in the communities where we operate, by supporting local projects and initiatives. This includes focusing on building long-term partnerships, offering hands-on support through donations and employee expertise, and fostering social entrepreneurship and innovation for lasting positive change.
