Production Manager

We’re currently seeking a tenacious and creative Production Manager to effectively manage the production team and operations to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the department to exceed our customers expectations.

In this role you will:

  • Ensure the preparation, processing, finishing, repair and dispatch of all garments, mats, cabinet towels and other items to required standards as laid down in BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 / 14001 Local Working Instructions and Company Operations Manual which may be updated from time to time
  • Recruit staff in consultation with the General Manager and plan workload according to the anticipated factory throughput.
  • Provide ongoing training for all staff from start of service and throughout their employment and regularly review their training and development
  • Ensure the welfare of all staff in the department and lead by example.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and provide continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the onsite engineering team and improve the quality of maintenance and downtime.
  • Achieve targets and keep all costs to or below budget

Pay: £47,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
