Congratulations to Megan Rippingale, who we are pleased to announce as our new HR Business Partner for Johnsons Workwear.
After graduating with a Business Management degree, Megan joined us as HR Administrator in 2018 before progressing to HR Regional Advisor in 2019. She started her CIPD Level 7 in 2020 after completing Level 5 and decided she wanted more exposure to strategic HR, as that's what her course involved.
Megan's gradually been learning different aspects of HR from our HR Manager and the wider team throughout the years and was keen to move to the next stage of her career.
She said, "We didn't have a HR Business Partner role in the company for me to progress to, so I had a chat with my manager and she and our Managing Director decided that a role to close the gap between the HR Advisors and the HR Manager was needed. It's a brand new role which will evolve over the years but it’s a really exciting opportunity and I’m hoping to make a real difference."
